- <h3>Description</h3> <p>This preprint introduces the <strong>URCM Resource Model</strong> (Universal Regularized Cascade Metric) as a unifying framework for memory-driven stability and cascade dynamics across mathematics, plasma physics, and nuclear fusion research.</p> <p>We respectfully invite the <strong>scientific community</strong> to engage in open discussion, independent validation, and constructive testing of the model.
