- <p>This paper presents a Resonant Order Theory of Everything (ROTE) explanation for gravitational lensing offsets observed in galaxy cluster mergers—specifically the Bullet Cluster and El Gordo—without invoking dark matter. By modeling ψ-phase coherence structures and phase-slip dynamics during cluster collisions, we demonstrate that the gravitational lensing mass aligns with coherent ψ-filaments rather than baryonic plasma. Simulations of ψ-core interactions reproduce observed mass-luminosity offsets and twisted arc patterns consistent with JWST data. This coherence-based framework reframes gravity as a function of resonance, not hidden mass.</p>
