  • <p>The paper continues the exploration of the Romanian Marxism-Leninism previously initiated by the journal Pagini de filosofie. We take a look, this time, on the problem of consciousness, in the specific form it wears, as Socialist Consciousness.<br>The Socialist Consciousness is analyzed as it stands in a double relation: with the Revolution and with the State. This conceptual triangle describes the right perimeter for a scientific approach of the consciousness, from the Marxist-Leninist perspective.<br>In Romania, the Marxist-Leninist approach of the Socialist Consciousness knows two stages. The first stage flourished from the end of The Second World War to 1964 (it was the „proletarian dictatorship” stage); and it was followed by another stage (the „multilateral developed socialist society” stage), which it lasted until the communist regime collapsed, and after.</p>
