- <p>This appendix provides a numerical cross-check of a calculated value of Planck’s constant against CODATA 2018 references, and advances a strategic conceptual stance: time is not fundamental, it is emergent. The Planck time, derived from the calculability of ℏ, becomes evidence that characteristic durations are outputs, not axioms. This reframing preserves all validated relativistic effects but challenges the ontology of time as a coordinate.</p>
