- <p><span>Optimization algorithms, as important tools for solving complex problems, are widely used in engineering, artificial intelligence, and scientific computing. This paper proposes a new heuristic optimization algorithm, inspired by the physical properties of offshore wind shear, and designs a unique search mechanism and mathematical model. By introducing wind shear gradients, wind direction rotations, adaptive interlayer coupling, and local shear perturbations, the algorithm achieves an efficient balance between exploration and exploitation in a high-dimensional, nonlinear, and complex search space. This paper analyzes the algorithm structure, update mechanism, and mathematical formulas in detail from a theoretical perspective, emphasizing its unique innovative features and optimization potential, and provides new directions for the research of heuristic algorithms.</span></p>
