contents
We present pulsar timing array (PTA) simulations that provide strong support for the Gluvić constant (Ω_G ≈ 31 nHz), the universal frequency postulated by the Static Vibrational Reality framework. Synthetic datasets with injected oscillations were analyzed using weighted least squares F-tests, Fisher combinations, and jackknife resampling. The results show a coherent signal near Ω ≈ 28–30 nHz with combined Fisher significance well beyond 5σ, constituting a decisive detection in PTA simulations and consolidating Ω_G as a fundamental vibrational signature across cosmology and gravitational physics.
