-
Internal spacetime was recently introduced with the aim of resolving the quantum measurement problem. On such a spacetime, Hilbert spaces are replaced by tangent spaces of variable dimension, and inner products by degenerate spacetime metrics. Here we derive Malus's law and the Bell state correlations for both spin-$\tfrac 12$ and spin-$1$ particles using this new geometry. We show that although our ontological model violates the CHSH inequality just as in quantum theory, it nevertheless possesses measurement independence from its new source of time dilation. We also show that our model naturally includes entanglement swapping.
