•
This paper presents the final formalization of the FSPS (Foundational–Projected Structure) framework, establishing a mathematical definition of existence as an entropy-minimizing projection within a Hilbert informational space.

By introducing a measurable mapping λ(C) that transforms the dimensionless foundational field (FS) into finite-dimensional projected structures (PS), existence is reinterpreted as a nonzero manifestation under contextual projection.

The framework integrates measure theory, information entropy, and functional analysis to bridge ontology, physics, and cognitive science.

In this model, time emerges as the sequential order of contextualization, and observation becomes an act of informational dimensional reduction.

This work proposes a unified mathematical foundation for consciousness, observation, and the emergence of reality.
