- <p><b>Abstract:</b> Over the past year, Arbitrum (ARB) outperformed other Ethereum Layer‑2 solutions with an 85.9% price gain, while StarkNet (STRK) suffered a near‑total collapse. Optimism (OP) and Polygon (MATIC) posted sizable declines.
