- <p>This document presents a novel operator-theoretic framework for addressing</p> <p>the Riemann Hypothesis. I define an explicit self-adjoint differential operator on a</p> <p>weighted Hilbert space and demonstrate its spectral connection to the non-trivial</p> <p>zeros of the Riemann zeta function. This work constitutes a significant advance-</p> <p>ment of the Hilbert-Polya program, providing a concrete and analyzable path to-</p> <p>ward a potential proof. The framework is supported by rigorous mathematical</p> <p>formulation and numerical verification.</p>
