Inhoudsopgave:
-
This Zenodo record contains processed functional assay data and analysis outputs underlying the study “Toward biomarker-guided radiotherapy: Multi-omics analysis links ATM status to radioresistance in lung adenocarcinoma” (Riedl et al., 2025).

The dataset includes quantitative results from clonogenic survival assays (CFA), MTS viability assays, and xCELLigence real-time impedance measurements conducted in ATM-proficient and ATM-deficient lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) cell lines exposed to irradiation and/or the ATM inhibitor AZD1390.

Each data package includes raw and processed tables, plots, and corresponding metadata describing experimental conditions and replicates. All analyses were performed using R, with full code available via GitHub at https://github.com/annaluisariedl-91/Riedl_2025_LUAD_ATM_Radiation.

The accompanying transcriptome (RNA-seq) and proteome datasets are deposited separately in public repositories:

Transcriptome data (RNA-seq): Biostudies, accession https://www.ebi.ac.uk/biostudies/arrayexpress/studies/E-MTAB-16218

Proteome data (LC–MS/MS): PRIDE, accession PXD071187

Together, these datasets provide an integrative multi-omics resource for studying the impact of ATM status on radiation response and DNA damage signaling in LUAD cell lines.

Keywords: LUAD, ATM, radiation, AZD1390, clonogenic assay, MTS, xCELLigence, RNA-seq, proteomics, multi-omics
