- <p>This article explores the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education through a thematic analysis of Erasmus+ projects recognized as good practices by the European Commission. The study examines how AI tools —such as adaptive learning systems, intelligent assistants, and gamification platforms— are being integrated into European educational initiatives to enhance teaching, personalize learning, and improve assessment. It also highlights the ethical and social challenges associated with AI in education, including data privacy, teacher preparedness, and equitable access to technology.<br>By analyzing a selection of Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe projects, this work identifies trends, showcases innovative practices, and provides recommendations for the responsible and inclusive implementation of AI in education.<br>The findings suggest that AI can complement, rather than replace, human interaction in learning, supporting more equitable, creative, and future-oriented educational environments.</p>
