- <p><strong>This article presents an alternative approach based on a physical-mathematical framework called the</strong><br><strong>Principle of Finitary Variation. This principle establishes a fundamental bound for the measurable</strong><br><strong>variation of physical quantities. We formalize this postulate as a functional constraint and use this</strong><br><strong>structure to prove the absence of singularities in solutions of the Navier–Stokes equations.</strong></p>
