- <p>The article examines the interrelation between sustainable tourism development and biodiversity protection<br>in Uzbekistan within the framework of UNESCO World Heritage. It explores how cultural and natural heritage sites,<br>recognized by UNESCO, contribute to the promotion of ecotourism and the preservation of unique ecosystems. The<br>study analyzes challenges such as balancing economic benefits from tourism with the need to protect fragile biodiversity,<br>managing visitor flows, and ensuring community participation. Special attention is given to the role of state policies,<br>international cooperation, and local initiatives in fostering sustainable tourism practices that support both cultural heritage<br>and environmental conservation.</p>
