Rārangi ihirangi:
 •
Work-related crime has severe consequences for individual employees and society, and the problem has received widespread attention both within and outside the Nordic region. For those who work where this type of criminality occurs, it can deteriorate the work environment. The Swedish Agency for Work Environment Expertise has, therefore, initiated this systematic literature review.

The purpose of the systematic literature review is to collate and enhance knowledge about work-related crime and its consequences for the work environment, primarily from an employee perspective. Our question is: How does work-related crime affect the work environment for employees in different industries?

Monica Kaltenbrunner, PhD, analyst at the Swedish Agency for Work Environment Expertise, was the report’s author and prepared it on behalf of the agency.
