  • SCHISM-ESMF provides Earth System Modeling Framework (ESMF) and NUOPC (National Unified Operational Prediction Capability) caps for the SCHISM (Semi-implicit Cross-scale Hydroscience Integrated System Model) hydrodynamics model. These caps enable SCHISM to be coupled with other Earth system components such as atmospheric models, wave models, sea ice models, and biogeochemical models within standardized coupling frameworks. The package includes both ESMF and NUOPC interfaces, CMake-based build system, example configurations, and comprehensive documentation.
