-
Description:
This work presents the MJP–CBOS framework, a unified curvature-triggered mechanism for the generation of both dark matter and an effective dark-energy component inside rotating (Kerr) black holes. In regions of extreme spacetime curvature, baryonic matter couples to a dark fermion χ through the activation function F(K), defined over the Kretschmann scalar. In Kerr geometries this process is amplified by the spin parameter a*, producing a curvature-driven conversion channel and a Hawking-driven dark-sector emission channel.

The model predicts the observed dark-matter abundance when primordial black holes form with spins in the range a* ≈ 0.78–0.87. The same curvature physics generates a vacuum-like CBOS term that behaves as an emergent cosmological constant, contributing naturally to the dark-energy density. This establishes a unified and falsifiable gravitational origin for both Ωχ and ΩΛ.

This document constitutes version v1.1 of the preprint.
