-
This preprint introduces The Bahar Beigi Elamite Decoding Protocol (BB-EDP) — the first systematic, rule-based and reproducible method for decoding the Elamite language through an Iranian and universal phonosemantic model. BB-EDP integrates a morpheme-database, a phonological evolution engine, a four-element semantic structure (Ma–Ki–Sha–Hu), and a cosmological vowel system (A–U–O–E–I).

The method demonstrates that Elamite is not an isolated language, but part of a wider linguistic family that includes Iranian, Indo-European, and Semitic languages. The protocol reconstructs meaning in Elamite names, titles, and inscriptions and connects them to Avestan, Old Persian, Persian, Arabic, and Hebrew structures.

This document establishes a public priority claim for the BB-EDP method, to be cited in future academic research.
