En s’appuyant sur les travaux de Robert Putnam et d’autres auteurs, il explore les définitions et les dimensions du concept, tout en soulignant son rôle essentiel dans la constitution de liens sociaux et la promotion d’une intervention publique collective. Drawing on the work of Robert Putnam and other authors, it examines the various definitions and dimensions of the concept, while emphasizing its essential role in fostering social bonds and promoting collective public intervention.
