  • <p>This work introduces the <em>Universal Attractor Hypothesis</em>, a unifying framework for physical structure and emergence across scales. The theory proposes that stable, self-organized configurations arise within an intermediate-entropy attractor defined by the interplay of local energy minimization, global constraints, entropy bounds, and stability criteria. The manuscript formulates this mechanism mathematically and demonstrates its relevance from quantum systems to cosmology.</p>
