Building on the Unified Harmonic Framework (UHF) and Stieve Zero‑Point Topological Mathematica (SZTM), this protocol formalizes how quantum‑level fluctuations, curvature modulation, and harmonic resonance can be harnessed to encode, transmit, and decode information across a spacetime manifold.
