- <p>The unique local UV-finite completion of scalar QFT is the higher-derivative 6-Field Ψ ∈ C6 with metric β = diag (1_2, −1_4). Its geometry rigorously derives (i) exactly three generations,(ii) vanishing strong CP, and (iii) the complete neutrino sector—Dirac mass mν = 0.062 eV,normal hierarchy with ∆m2_21/∆m2_32 ≃ 1/33 (geometric 4/2 suppressed by τ -Yukawa loop ∼ 1/16),and PMNS angles sin^2(θ_12) = 2/6, sin^2(θ_23) = 4/8 = 1/2, sin^2(θ_13) ≃ 1/6. No free arameters, no extra fields.</p>
