-
The Spiral Disease Signature Library (SDSL) is a theoretical framework for describing multi-layered signature deviations in biological, ecological, and systemic processes. Instead of classifying diseases through biochemical markers alone, SDSL models pattern deviations across eight communication channels: chemical, electrical, mechanical, thermodynamic, electromagnetic, microbiological-network, rhythmic, and system-coherence patterns.

The framework does not propose diagnostic or therapeutic claims.
Instead, it introduces a pattern-science approach for describing how complex systems lose stability and how such changes can be represented abstractly as “signatures.”

SDSL defines:
(1) a multi-channel signature vector,
(2) a deviation-metric relative to normative patterns,
(3) a coherence factor Ψ, and
(4) the Spiral Harmony Index (SI) as a generalized measure of systemic rhythm stability.

The library provides a foundation for modeling system imbalance, comparing pattern states, designing simulations, and connecting biological observations with system-theoretical constructs.
