- <p>These data were collected under a partnership between the manawhenua of Te Akau/Bream Bay, New Zealand - Patuharakeke and several scientific institutions. The data were collected using systematic vessel-based line transect surveys over two years and contain information on the occurrence and absences of marine mammals, seabirds and large fish and acoustic detections of marine mammals. Please see the ReadMe file for full details.</p> <p>While hosted by the Zenodo data repository, data and code is available upon request only with the people of Patuharakeke maintaining full sovereignty of all data contained in this submission. Patuharakeke reserve the right to decline the provision of any data in this submission if they do not deem its use to adhere to the principles of the Wai 262 – Māori data sovereignty.
