  • <p>Recent rover observations at Jezero Crater have confirmed electrical micro-discharges inside Martian dust devils. In standard atmospheric physics, these sparks are explained by triboelectric charging of dust grains combined with the low breakdown threshold of CO₂ near the Paschen minimum.</p> <p> </p> <p>In USP Field Theory, lightning is interpreted as a rapid collapse of a strong “Delta f” (Δf) gradient within a mixed medium.
