-
Abstract— Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a major driver of change in business and society, although its implementation faces various challenges such as privacy, security, ethics, and trust levels. This study analyzes the elements that influence AI acceptance by adapting the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and its developments, including the variables of Effort Expectancy, Satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Towards AI, and Intention to Use. Data were collected through purposive sampling and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. The results show that Effort Expectancy and Satisfaction significantly influence Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use, which in turn influence attitudes and intentions to use AI. These findings emphasize the importance of user experience and trust in promoting ethical and effective AI adoption.
