-
We present a reanalysis of publicly available LIGO O4 gravitational-wave data for the binary black hole merger event GW240109_050431. Using standard General Relativity (GR) waveform models and detector strain data from the Gravitational Wave Open Science Center (GWOSC), we confirm full consistency with established inspiral–merger–ringdown predictions. We then introduce the Unified Harmonic Framework (UHF), a GR-compatible interpretive model in which spacetime and gravitation emerge from an underlying harmonic phase substrate. UHF does not modify Einstein’s field equations or the detected waveform; instead, it provides an explanatory layer addressing the emergence of phase coherence, detectability, and gravitational-wave structure. This work demonstrates consistency between UHF and real gravitational-wave observations and outlines a pathway toward future falsifiable tests.
