- <p> </p> <p dir="ltr">Following the resolution of the P vs NP problem, this paper applies the "Pezzotti Method" to the Navier-Stokes Millennium Problem. We demonstrate that fluid singularities (blow-up solutions) are algebraically impossible in a discrete spacetime grid. By redefining Viscosity as a "Saturation Constraint" similar to rank density in graph theory, we prove that energy accumulation is always bounded by neighbor dissipation.</p> <p> </p>
