-
This paper introduces a foundational framework called the Interaction–Definiteness Principle, which asserts that while existence guarantees a physical state, definiteness is an emergent property produced exclusively through interaction.

To translate this principle into engineering practice, the author proposes the MNS Protocol (Maha Naga Sarma Protocol). This protocol provides three core strategies—Symmetric Potential Isolation, Frequency Gating, and On-Demand Coupling—to manage decoherence and stabilize quantum systems. The work offers a new roadmap for the development of room-temperature quantum computing, advanced sensing, and secure communication.
