  • <h3>Description</h3> <p>This work addresses the problem of <strong>interpretive opacity in contemporary artificial intelligence systems</strong>, arising from the use of statistical models operating in high-dimensional latent spaces. The <strong>Informational Oscillatory Topology (IOT)</strong> model is introduced as a physico-mathematical framework that redefines semantics as a stable geometric-energetic structure and formalizes the <strong>Coherent Limit of Interpretability</strong> through a topological relation between the Information Space and the Interpretation Space. The model shows that interpretive coherence necessarily emerges from the structure of the system, giving rise to specific topologies associated with semantic plasticity and rigidity.</p>
