- <p><span lang="EN-US">We propose a “Enclosure Universe” framework in which the only physical entity is a space–velocity field constrained by the composite–light–speed axiom. From a minimal Lagrangian with a modulus constraint we derive a unique space–field equation and decompose into three intrinsic layers—phase, vorticity, and enclosure potential—which generate three geometric fields (Eg, Bg, Ag). Within this structure, the electron is identified as the first stable enclosure (CU-1) with an 8-event topological mother number and a consistency invariant; protons and neutrons are described as higher–level enclosures and compensation shell, yielding a geometric leading formula for the neutron–proton mass difference at the MeV scale. We show that magnetic fields are enclosure flux tubes of </span><span lang="EN-US">Ω</span><span lang="EN-US"> obeying an 8k closure rhythm, while black holes are two–dimensional spherical enclosure shells with invariant, eliminating singularities. On macroscopic scales, combining the background vorticity with 8k phase locking leads to shell formulas for planetary orbits, which are audited against solar–system data using integer shell numbers. The results indicate a single enclosure geometry coherently unifies electrons, magnetic flux tubes, black holes, and the solar system across many orders of magnitude.</span></p>
