-
We present the metrological validation of the Morphic Geometric Harmony (Morphic-GH) Ledger, a comprehensive database documenting 14,632 unique isotopic configurations within the 52.71 Gyr saturated continuum. By identifying the Unity Boson (χ17 ≈ 17.07 MeV) as the fundamental unit of substrate displacement, we demonstrate that isotopic stability is a deterministic function of integer-locked harmonics (n) and the dimensionless stress tensor δ. A spectral resonance audit reveals a dominant structural attractor at δ = 0.2300, which we identify as the Substrate Inertia Node. We demonstrate that this node is a scale-invariant derivative of the cosmological matter density (Ωm ≈ 0.315). The clustering of stable isotopes at specific "Sweet Spots" achieves a statistical significance of > 5σ, identifying the periodic table as a digital transcript of vacuum yield stress.
