  • <p>This preprint introduces the Sympathetic Harmonic Resonance Framework (SHRF), a resonance-based interpretive framework for emergence, coherence, and physical law. The work develops a mathematically consistent formulation using standard order-parameter dynamics and dissipative transport theory, and demonstrates that the Ohm–Watt relations arise as a general manifestation theorem rather than a domain-specific electrical law.</p> <p>The paper proposes that coherence, impedance, and resonant flow provide a unifying structural grammar across physical scales, with applications to information theory and cosmology. The manuscript is intended as a foundational and unifying contribution and does not propose a replacement for established physical models.</p> <p>A peer-reviewed journal submission is in preparation.</p>
