  • <p><em><span>Pregnancy is a sensitive period marked by significant physiological and psychological changes. Stress, anxiety, and emotional fluctuations are common among pregnant women and can negatively influence maternal and fetal health. Rajayoga Meditation, a non-invasive mind–body practice emphasising mental clarity and inner peace, has been increasingly recognised for its therapeutic benefits. This study examines the impact of Rajayoga Meditation on the psychological well-being, emotional stability, and physical health of pregnant women. Findings suggest that regular Rajayoga practice significantly reduces stress and anxiety, enhances emotional balance, improves sleep quality, and promotes overall maternal well-being.</span></em></p>
