- <p>This repository primarily contains the numerical outputs of finite element simulations for a biomechanical model of the human iris based on an active strain formulation. The dataset includes simulation results for multiple iris configurations, together with the input parameters used in the FEM framework. Supporting MATLAB scripts are provided to generate the Pamplona-based reference activation and pupil dynamics used for calibration and comparison.</p>
