- <p>Sequel note to my published “Confrontation” study of environmentally and epoch-localized activation during Cosmic Dawn. I propose an (SU(2)\simeq S^3) field-theory candidate in which a trace-squared invariant reduces (in a weak-field expansion) to a (P(X))-type kinetic-screening sector. The model naturally suppresses fifth forces in deep-collapse/high-acceleration environments while allowing partial activation near first-galaxy halo scales; the kpc-scale transition implies an IR strong-coupling scale in the meV band (close to (\rho_\Lambda^{1/4})). A covariant topological current is suggested as a minimal mechanism for environment selectivity, enabling direct substitution of a derived (\mu_{\mathrm{eff}}) into the existing confrontation pipeline without retuning.</p>
