- <p>This repository contains SNP datasets generated using DArTseq for the Antarctic soft coral Alcyonium antarcticum.</p> <p>Two filtered SNP datasets are provided:<br>1) A large-scale dataset (1,574 SNPs) used to investigate regional population structure, genetic diversity, connectivity, and demographic history across the Western Antarctic Peninsula.<br>2) A local and fine-scale dataset (2,219 SNPs) used to investigate fine-scale genetic structure, kinship, and recruitment dynamics in Fildes Bay, King George Island.</p> <p>Raw sequencing reads were generated by Diversity Arrays Technology (DArT Pty Ltd., Australia) and are not publicly available.</p> <p>The study is registered under NCBI BioProject PRJNA1389606.</p> <p>Associated publication:<br>Bruning P., Cárdenas L., Garrido I., Guillemin M.-L., Jorquera J., Archambault P.<br>Multiscale genetic connectivity, kinship, and demographic history of the Antarctic soft coral Alcyonium antarcticum in the Western Antarctic Peninsula.<br>Manuscript under review.</p>
