-
This paper proposes a method for constructing artificial intelligence systems by applying the same generative procedure used in the creation of a finite alphabet and its grammar. Rather than assembling intelligence from functions, agents, or optimization objectives, the approach treats intelligence as an emergent phenomenon arising from a constrained semantic field governed by operators, grammar, reflection, and closure. The contribution is purely conceptual and architectural. No algorithms, implementations, training methods, or computational mechanisms are proposed. The purpose of this work is to establish conceptual priority for a linguistically grounded, cosmologically neutral framework in which artificial intelligence emerges as a lawful consequence of structure rather than as a designed objective.
