- <p>This record relocates temporal functions from device-internal generation to observer-side indexing, redefining clocks as phase exposure devices rather than time generators. A three-layer architecture is established: device (cycler + phase cutter), observer (reading, cut-point placement, index assignment), and representation (fixed time, scales, coordination). General Relativity is integrated non-conflictually as a representation protocol. Temporal notions such as “now,” “interval,” and “epoch” are not generated but assigned. The result is a boundary specification enabling physically consistent, non-ontological handling of time and synchronization without closure assumptions.</p>
