- <p>This is the initial public release of the code and data accompanying the paper:</p> <p><strong>Scaffolding or override: verification governs responses to corrupted reasoning traces</strong></p> <p>This release provides all materials necessary to reproduce the results reported in the manuscript, including:</p> <ul> <li>Final PDF figures (Fig. 1–5 and Extended Data Fig. 1–3)</li> <li>Jupyter notebooks for all experiments (E2–E10)</li> <li>Raw and aggregated experiment outputs, checkpoints, and stored reasoning traces</li> <li>A complete figure-to-experiment mapping documented in the README</li> </ul> <p>All experiments were conducted with deterministic decoding (temperature = 0).</p> <p>This release corresponds to the version of the repository used for manuscript submission.</p>
