-
This working paper presents a post-institutional framework for the valuation and governance of intellectual property assets whose significance derives from cultural sovereignty, legal precedent, and sustained subcultural relevance.

Using FUCT as a case study, the paper examines narrative sovereignty, constructive scarcity, and decentralized valuation architectures as mechanisms for preserving authorship integrity and enabling collateralization without institutional dependency.

The framework builds upon established intrinsic value governance principles and is intended for citation, scholarly reference, and long-horizon cultural asset governance. It does not constitute legal advice, investment solicitation, or a commercial offering.
