  • <p>The present research aims at studying the relationship between the academic achievement of secondary school students in relation to their study habits. The current study earmarked 300 secondary school students. The data was analyzed statistically by using Pearson’s coefficient of correlation and t-test. The research of the study concluded that study habits are positively and significantly correlated to academic achievements and also concluded that the study habits of male and female senior secondary school students have a significant effect on their academic achievements. Results of the study also revealed that female students have better study habits than male students and also concluded that senior secondary school students of day – schools have more academic achievements than the students of a  residential school.</p>
