- This paper introduces the conception and development of a web enabled civic engagement tool for crowdsourced public complaint reporting, drawing on the CitySolution approach. The system allows citizens to report geotagged grievances like potholes, littering, or damaged infrastructure using an easy to use interface that accommodates image and text inputs. Uti- lizing deep learning models, specifically YOLOv8/YOLOv9, the platform conducts real time image classification for the support of automated complaint categorization and prioritization.
