- <p><strong><span lang="EN-US">Abstract</span></strong></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">In today's environment, the recreational sector is considered a promising driver of sustainable economic growth and diversification of national economies, particularly for countries with high natural, climatic, and tourism potential. This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of the investment partnership between Azerbaijan and the Kyrgyz Republic in the context of the development of Kyrgyzstan's recreational sector. Particular attention is paid to the role of foreign investment in modernizing recreational infrastructure, creating competitive tourism and recreation clusters, and stimulating regional development.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">An analysis of the structure of the Kyrgyz Republic's recreational sector identifies key infrastructural and institutional constraints hindering the influx of long-term capital. Azerbaijan's potential as a strategic investment partner, with financial resources and experience implementing large-scale recreational projects, is substantiated. Key mechanisms for stimulating investment cooperation are examined, including government support measures, public-private partnerships, tax and institutional incentives, and investment risk mitigation tools.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">The article demonstrates that developing investment partnerships in the recreational sector can yield significant economic and social benefits, including increased employment, enhanced regional development, and a stronger role for the recreational sector in diversifying Kyrgyzstan's economy. It concludes that this area of cooperation is strategically important in the context of deepening economic ties within the Turkic world.</span></p> <p> </p>
