The ingredients of Hombale were analyzed for macronutrients, micronutrients, bioactive compounds, and their relevance to fetal development, and correlated with Ayurvedic principles of Garbhaposhana. Results: Hombale contains essential micronutrients and antioxidants that may support fetal growth, improve uteroplacental circulation, enhance maternal strength, and regulate metabolic responses. When administered during 3rd, 5th, and 7th months of pregnancy, it aligns with critical stages of fetal organ development. Conclusion: Hombale is a promising traditional nutritional supplement with physiological benefits in pregnancy.
