- <p>This dataset contains survey data collected from frontline employees in the hotel industry. It was used to examine the relationships between perceived supervisor support, organizational embeddedness, and employees’ in-role and extra-role behaviors. The data were collected via self-administered questionnaires and include validated multi-item scales measuring supervisor support, organizational embeddedness, in-role service delivery, and extra-role employee advocacy. All personal identifiers were removed prior to data sharing.</p>
