•
This paper formally defines Conscious Leadership Culture Literature as a distinct genre within leadership and business writing. While much leadership literature prioritises performance, authority, strategy, and influence, this genre reframes leadership as a cultural and ethical practice shaped by awareness, recognition, and moral responsibility.

The paper outlines the scope, defining characteristics, and forms of Conscious Leadership Culture Literature, clarifying its position within the broader field of Leadership Literature. It situates the genre within The Dangi Era of Conscious Literature, which positions literature as a vehicle for consciousness, ethical awareness, and cultural transformation.

Informed by Spiritual Feminist Literature as an ethical lens, the genre addresses power, visibility, silence, labour, dignity, and cultural responsibility within systems of authority. Conscious Leadership Culture Literature treats leadership not as a hierarchical role or performance function, but as an ongoing cultural influence embedded in organisational life.

This work establishes Conscious Leadership Culture Literature as a foundational, awareness-based leadership genre and provides a reference point for future scholarship in ethics-centred leadership, organisational culture, and values-based governance.
