-
This work presents a geometric framework (TOMA) in which the phenomena commonly attributed to dark matter arise from an intrinsic torsional rigidity of space–time. By introducing a scale-dependent rigidity parameter, the model unifies galactic, cluster, and primordial dynamics without invoking non-baryonic dark matter. The framework is tested against multiple observational pillars, including CMB acoustic peaks, Bullet-type cluster offsets, and JWST high-redshift galaxies, showing that early structure formation reflects enhanced gravitational efficiency rather than an older universe.
