Ensuring operational efficiency and service quality within student affairs strengthens institutional accountability while deepening the formative impact of campus life. Data were gathered from 2229 [session 1] and 2156 [session 2] college students through a validated and highly reliable survey administered online over a six-week period. Using a cross-sectional approach and total population sampling, the inquiry captured a comprehensive snapshot of how formation services are managed and experienced within the institution. The findings reveal that faith-related programs are more visible and positively experienced by students compared to sports and cultural initiatives. Sports development services show limited awareness and moderate challenges in service delivery, while cultural and creative programs demonstrate very low recognition and satisfaction. These patterns indicate the need for stronger coordination and improved service quality to ensure balanced and effective student formation.
