- <p>This deposit provides a <strong>serum lipidomics dataset</strong> generated by the <strong>Grupo de Neurociencias de Antioquia (GNA), Universidad de Antioquia</strong>, from a longitudinal cohort including <strong>PSEN1-E280A carriers and non-carriers</strong>, stratified by <strong>sex (female/male)</strong> and spanning an approximate age range of <strong>6–70 years</strong>.</p> <p>Multiple <strong>neutral and polar lipid classes</strong> were quantified to enable life-course trajectory analyses and group comparisons by carrier status. Reported classes include: <strong>cholesterol-related lipids</strong> (FC, CE), <strong>acyl-CoA derivatives</strong> (AC), <strong>glycerolipids</strong> (MG, DG, TG), <strong>glycerophospholipids</strong> (PA, PG, PI, PS, PE, PC, BMP, AcylPG, NAPE, NAPS), <strong>plasmalogens</strong> (PEp, PCe), <strong>lysophospholipids</strong> (LPS, LPI, LPE, LPC, LPEp, LPCe), and <strong>sphingolipids</strong> (Cer, dhCer, SM, dhSM, MhCer, LacCer, GM3).</p> <p>The repository includes <strong>data files</strong> and, where applicable, <strong>minimal metadata</strong> required for descriptive and comparative analyses (e.g., age/visit, sex, E280A status). Data are <strong>de-identified</strong> and shared to support <strong>reuse</strong>, <strong>cross-study comparisons</strong>, and <strong>peripheral biomarker development/validation</strong> in neurodegeneration and autosomal-dominant Alzheimer’s disease.</p>
